   That the following provisions shall apply to the Sale of Student Loans Bill for the purpose of supplementing the Order of 22nd November 2007 (Sale of Student Loans Bill (Programme)):
Consideration of Lords Amendments
   1.   Proceedings on consideration of Lords Amendments shall (so far as not previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion three hours after their commencement at this day’s sitting.
Subsequent stages
   2.   Any further Message from the Lords may be considered forthwith without any Question being put.
   3.   The proceedings on any further Message from the Lords shall (so far as not previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion one hour after their commencement.

   The Nineteenth Report from the Joint Committee on Human Rights, on Counter-Terrorism Policy and Human Rights: 28 days, intercept and post-charge questioning, HC 394, the Second Report from the Committee, on Counter-Terrorism Policy and Human Rights: 42 days, HC 156, and the Twentieth Report from the Committee, on Counter-Terrorism Policy and Human Rights: Counter-Terrorism Bill, HC 554, are relevant.
   The Speaker will put the Question necessary to dispose of proceedings not later than one and half hours after their commencement (Standing Order No. 16(1)).
