Notices of Oral Questions for Wednesday 26th March may be submitted to the Table Office. Notices for inclusion in the ‘shuffle’
should be submitted by 12.30 p.m. on Monday 17th March.
TABLING ARRANGEMENTS FOR QUESTIONS FOR ORAL ANSWER IN THE WEEK BEGINNING 24TH MARCH 2008
Under Standing Order No. 22(6), the Speaker has made arrangements for the shuffles for Questions for oral answer in the week
beginning 24th March to take place one day earlier than normal in each case to take account of the holiday on Easter Monday.
For the convenience of Members, the deadline for tabling Prime Minister’s Questions for Wednesday 26th March will be postponed
from 12.30 p.m. until 1.00 p.m. The details are set out below:
* The shuffles will be held at 12.30 p.m. except for the shuffle for Prime Minister’s Questions, which will be at 1.00 p.m.
This information is also set out on the Order of Questions rota available from the Vote Office and on the Bulletin Board on
the parliamentary intranet at http://intral.parliament.uk/bb/bb.htm.
QUESTIONS FOR WRITTEN ANSWER ON A NAMED DAY
The latest time for tabling a Question for a written answer on a named day before Easter Monday is 10.30 p.m., or the rising
of the House, whichever is earlier, on Monday 17th March, for answer on Thursday 20th March. The following dates have been
specified for the minimum notice for tabling named day written Questions for answer after the Bank Holiday:
