of “relevant lawyer” there were substituted—

In this paragraph “the relevant provisions of the Legal Services Act 2007”

 

means the provisions of that Act which provide, for the purposes of that Act,

 

for a person to be an authorised person in relation to an activity which

 

constitutes the exercise of a right of audience (within the meaning of that

 

Act).’.
