Clause  6,  page  3,  line  4,  at end insert ‘and that in relation to Chapter 2, Section 1,

part 27(a) 2 of the Treaty of Lisbon, member states should not newly enter into bilateral

defence agreements with non-member states when agreements have foreign and security

implications affecting the Union as a whole.’.
