      (5)  

In sub-paragraph (14), for “or (11)” substitute “, (11) or (13A)”.’.

 

73C(1)

(regulated activity relating to vulnerable adults) is amended as follows.

 

      (2)

      (3)  

After sub-paragraph (8) insert—
