‘4D	Guidance to senior traffic commissioner by Secretary of State

(1)	The Secretary of State may give the senior traffic commissioner guidance as to

the exercise of any of the senior traffic commissioner’s functions.

(2)	The senior traffic commissioner must have regard to any guidance given under

subsection (1) above.”.’.
