Clause  68,  page  52,  line  28,  at end insert—

‘(2A)

This section shall be subject to section (prohibition on placing human gametes

into animals).’.

To move the following Clause:—

‘(1)	The Secretary of State shall by regulations make it an offence to place any human

gamete into an animal.

(2)	Sections 3 and 4 of this Act shall not come into force until regulations under

subsection (1) have been made.’.
