| | | (2) | For the purposes of this section, a vocational student is a person who— |
|
| | | (a) | has reached 15 years of age; |
|
| | | (b) | has the written permission of their parent or guardian not to continue in |
|
| | | full-time education in school; |
|
| | | (c) | has the written permission of the head teacher of the school at which they |
|
| | | are registered as a pupil not to continue in full-time education at school; |
|
| | | (d) | has achieved level 5 at the third key stage in English, mathematics and |
|
| | | |
| | | (e) | has enrolled in a full-time vocational training course.’. |
