To ask the Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families how many (a) secondary schools and (b) primary schools there were where more than (i) 30 per cent., (ii) 50 per cent. and (iii) 70 per cent. of pupils spoke English as a second language in the latest period for which figures are available, broken down by local authority.
