Departmental Manpower

Mr. Hoban: To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster how many civil servants employed by his Department have no job description. [185181]

Mr. Watson: Our performance management policy requires all civil servants employed by the Cabinet Office to have a performance agreement which sets out their roles and responsibilities for the post and objectives for the performance year.

Mr. Hoban: To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster what the policy of his Department is on the attendance of civil servants at party political events; and if he will make a statement. [185199]

Mr. Watson: Civil servants are required to conduct themselves in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Service Code and the Civil Service Management Code.

Departmental Travel

Mr. Philip Hammond: To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster (1) how much his Department and its agencies spent on first class travel in the last 12 months for which figures are available, broken down by staff grade; [187528]

(2) how much his Department and its agencies spent on (a) first and (b) other class travel by Eurostar in the last 12 months for which figures are available. [187653]

Mr. Watson: Information on expenditure incurred on first and other class travel by the Cabinet Office is not held centrally and is therefore available only at disproportionate cost.

Honours

Mr. Pope: To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster how many members of the Senior Civil Service in his Department have received an honour. [187133]

Mr. Watson: Information on honours held by employees is not held centrally and could be obtained only at disproportionate cost.

It is a matter for public record when an honour is awarded. This information is published in the London Gazette, copies of which are available in the Library of the House.

Trade Unions

Mr. Tyrie: To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster which trade unions have a recognition agreement with the Cabinet Office. [186101]

Mr. Watson: The Cabinet Office recognises the Public and Commercial Services Union, the First Division Association and Prospect. The Department has a partnership agreement with all three.

Health

Abortion

Mr. Amess: To ask the Secretary of State for Health (1) how many women were referred by national health service GPs to the British Pregnancy Advisory Service for an abortion in each of the last four years for which figures are available; and what the (a) age of the woman, (b) gestation of the pregnancy and (c) region of residence was in each case; [186241]

(2) how many early medical abortions were performed by the British Pregnancy Advisory Service at the request of the national health service in each of the last four years, broken down by (a) age of the woman, (b) gestation of the pregnancy and (c) region of residence. [186246]
