To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many registered sex offenders in each police authority area (a) failed to comply with the notification requirements of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 and (b) were found not to be residing at their registered address in each year since 2004. Data on the number of offenders convicted of a failure to comply with the notification requirements is not collated by police force area. Data on the number of offenders not residing at their permanent address is not collated centrally.

Figures by area for breaches of licence requirements, sexual offence prevention orders (SOPOs) and for those charged with a serious further offence (SFO) are provided in the following tables in relation to sexual offenders managed at MAPPA levels 2 and 3.
