Infant Mortality

Mr. Leech: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer with reference to the answer of 20 December 2005, Official Report, column 2799W, on infant mortality, what the infant mortality rate was in each year since 2004 in each primary care trust area in England. [196383]
