Mark Simmonds: To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what the death rates from cancer in under 75-year-olds were in (a) England, (b) each strategic health authority area and (c) each primary care trust area in each year since 2000. [172582]
[Official Report, 10 December 2007, Vol. 469, c. 277-81W.]
An error has been identified in the written answer given to the hon. Member for Boston and Skegness (Mark Simmonds) on 10 December 2007. The errors made in the answer were as follows:
The North Staffordshire Primary Care Trust figures appeared twice in the Table i.e. under the Strategic Health Authorities (SHA) of West Midlands and (erroneously) South West.
Kirklees Primary Care Trust figures were omitted from the Yorkshire and The Humber SHA.
The results for Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire Primary Care Trusts were transposed i.e. the results that were reported for Buckinghamshire were actually for Oxfordshire, and vice versa.
However, the overall annual figures for England remain correct.
Mr. Hunt: To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport how much each national lottery and Olympic lottery distributor received from the National Lottery Distribution Fund and the Olympic Lottery Distribution Fund in each year since 1997-98. [208266]
