Letter of correction from Ms Harman:

Some errors have been identified in the written answer given to the hon. Member for Billericay (Mr. Baron) on 16 October 2008. The total number of hours that the House sat in 2001-02 were not 1,540 hours 40 minutes as listed, but 1,296 hours 52 minutes. The listed number of hours considering primary and delegated legislation on the floor of the House also contained some errors.
