Thank you for inviting us to submit our views
on the draft bill. We would like to question a few passages where
the description of a fixed or moveable object seems unclear. These
are Part 1, Chapter 2, Section 4, Point 1(a) and Part 2, Chapter
1, Section 87 (2). It seems to us that these two descriptions
differ significantly. One further point is in Part 1, Chapter
2, Section 9, where we are surprised that national museums are
not listed as appropriate persons to be invited to submit a representation.
