Summary

We are content with the proposed amendments which have been introduced into the draft Legislative Reform (Local Authority Consent Requirements) (England and Wales) Order 2007 by the draft 2008 Order which was laid before Parliament on 26 June 2008. We recommend that the revised draft Order be made.
