October 2004 as the Twelfth Report of Session 2003-04, as HC 605.
2. The Government's Response to the Committee's
Report was published on
17 March 2005 as the First Special Report of Session 2004-05,
as HC 438. On 11 November 2008 the Committee received a further
memorandum from the Government updating the original response.
This updated response is reproduced as an Appendix to this Special
Report.
