committees), proposed by the Chairman, brought up and read.
Ordered, That the draft
Report be read a second time, paragraph by paragraph.
Paragraph 1 to 10 read and agreed to.
Paragraph 11 read, amended and agreed to.
Paragraph 12 read.
Amendment proposed, in line 8, after "restrictive."
to delete "Personal" and insert the words, "We
recognise that individuals appointed to public positions must
sympathise with the objectives of, and the Government's aspirations
for, the work of the organisation to which they are appointed.
