  I have not replied to this because it does not deal with a problem I encountered when I submitted an e-petition on Tuesday. That was that the petition had many signatures, but some were anonymous and a couple were saboteurs (it was on the subject of prostitution) and I think that the systems would have to allow for some editing or similar to deal with such matters.

  I hope that helps your Committee's considerations.
