Second Special Report
The Scottish Affairs Committee published its Second
and Third Reports of Session 2007-08 on 17 December 2007[1]
and 4 February 2008[2]
respectively. We have received a memorandum from both the Scotland
Office and the Scottish Executive containing responses to both
Reports. The memoranda are published without comment as appendices
to this Report.
