Lord Berkeley to ask Her Majesty's Government why they propose to repeal the Home Energy Conservation Act 1995 which requires local authorities to report annually on progress towards improving energy efficiency in all homes in their area by 30 per cent over 15 years

It is expected the House adjourn after Oral Questions until 5.30pm for the speech of President Sarkozy in the Royal Gallery
