Committal
   1.   The Bill shall be committed to a Public Bill Committee.
Proceedings in Public Bill Committee
   2.   Proceedings in the Public Bill Committee shall (so far as not previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion on Thursday 25 June 2009.
   3.   The Public Bill Committee shall have leave to sit twice on the first day on which it meets.
Consideration and Third Reading
   4.   Proceedings on consideration shall (so far as not previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion one hour before the moment of interruption on the day on which those proceedings are commenced.
   5.   Proceedings on Third Reading shall (so far as not previously concluded) be brought to a conclusion at the moment of interruption on that day.
   6.   Standing Order No. 83B (Programming committees) shall not apply to proceedings on consideration and Third Reading.

FREE MOVEMENT OF EU WORKERS

   That this House takes note of European Union Document No. 16162/08, Commission Communication on the impact of free movement of workers in the context of EU enlargement, and, in particular, the Commission’s request that Member States consider whether they need to continue to apply restrictions in the light of the situation of their labour markets; and notes that the Government’s decisions in respect of Accession workers’ access to the UK’s labour market, including the decision to continue to maintain restrictions on nationals of Bulgaria and Romania’s access to the labour market and to maintain beyond May 2009 the Worker Registration Scheme for nationals of those countries acceding to the EU in May 2004, have taken full and proper account of prevailing labour market conditions in the UK.
