Oral Questions to the Minister for the West Midlands
Peter Luff (Mid Worcestershire): What discussions he has had with the Secretary of State for Transport on the capacity of the transport system in the West Midlands to support planned growth in the region's (a) population and (b) economic activity.
Jeremy Wright (Rugby & Kenilworth): What recent discussions he has had with Advantage West Midlands on prospects for the development of Stoneleigh Park.
Richard Burden (Birmingham, Northfield): What assessment he has made of the implications for regional policy in the West Midlands of the matters raised during the West Midlands Regional Select Committee's inquiry into the effects of the economic downturn on the people of the West Midlands.
Sir Patrick Cormack (South Staffordshire): On how many occasions he has (a) visited South Staffordshire and (b) met the Leader and Chief Executive of South Staffordshire Council since becoming Minister for the West Midlands.
Miss Julie Kirkbride (Bromsgrove): What recent discussions he has had with Ministerial colleagues on the availability of credit for small and medium-sized enterprises in the West Midlands.
Mark Pritchard (The Wrekin): If he will discuss with the Secretary of State for Health the provision of accident and emergency services in Shropshire; and if he will make a statement.
