training in custody under new section 18A(1) of the Education Act 1996, to have regard to the

 

desirability of continuing with any courses started, to core and additional entitlements being

 

satisfied and to the relevant national curriculum.

This amendment is related to amendment 340. It defines “relevant curriculum” for the purposes

“additional entitlement” in section 18A(2)(e) to be read in accordance with sections 17B-17D

 

(inserted by clause 44).
