Member’s explanatory statement

 

This amendment is related to amendment 340. It defines “relevant curriculum” for the purposes

 

of section 18A(2)(d) of the Education Act 1996 and provides for “core entitlement” and

 

“additional entitlement” in section 18A(2)(e) to be read in accordance with sections 17B-17D

 

(inserted by clause 44).
