This amendment requires the Chief Executive of Skills Funding when securing the provision of

education and training under clause 92 for persons subject to adult detention to have regard to the

desirability of the core and additional entitlements being satisfied for those persons who have

elected for them.

This amendment is consequent on amendment 346 and provides for “core entitlement” and

“additional entitlement” in clause 92(4)(ga) to be read in accordance with sections 17B-17D of
