To move the following Clause:—

‘(1)	In section 9 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 (c. 38) (prohibition of certain

activities etc. relating to opium) is amended as follows.

(2)	Omit paragraph (a).

(3)	At end add—

“(2)	Any legitimate drug service may supply any items that it considers have

the potential to reduce drug-related harms.”’.
