| | | ‘(1) | The Secretary of State shall prepare an annual report on the operation of the |
|
| | | arrangements relating to incapacity benefit claimants and employment and |
|
| | | support allowance claimants and shall give details of the number of such |
|
| | | claimants who have moved off benefit and into work. |
|
| | | (2) | A copy of each such report shall be laid before each House of Parliament.’. |

| | | ‘(1) | Regulations under this section shall make provision for a Claimant’s Charter to |

|
| | | State under the provisions of this Act, including those contracted out under |
|

| | | (3) | A certificate shall be in the prescribed form and compiled in the |
|
| | | |
| | | (4) | In subsection (1) of this section “specified” means specified by order |
|
| | | made by the Chancellor of the Exchequer; and an order under this |
|
| | | subsection may make different provision in relation to different |
|
| | | descriptions of certificates or provision limited to particular |
|
| | | descriptions of certificates. |
|
| | | (5) | The power to make orders under subsection (4) of this section shall be |
|
| | | exercisable by statutory instrument which shall be subject to |
|
| | | annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of |
|
| | | |
