‘(11)    

Any work undertaken by a participant in a “work for your benefits” scheme shall

 

be—

 

(a)    

paid at an hourly rate of no less than the full adult minimum wage; and

 

(b)    

paid at an hourly rate no less than that of directly employed staff

 

undertaking the same role.’.
