Clause  143,  page  105,  line  27,  at end insert—

‘(3A)

In meeting the needs of persons who share a relevant protected characteristic that

are different from the needs of persons who do not share it, a person complying

with its duties under this section shall prefer the inclusive provision of services

over separate provision of services.’.
