Resolution of the Programming Sub-Committee

 

The Programming Sub-Committee appointed by the Speaker in respect of the Bill

 

agreed the following Resolution at its meeting on Monday 8 June (Standing Order No.

A principal local authority’s petition scheme must secure that where a petition is

 

made to the authority that relates to matters set out by the appropriate national

 

authority under section 14(4)(a) or by the Secretary of State under section

forward the petition to the relevant department of state it considers

 

responsible for the matters,

 

(b)
