The Minister of State, Ministry of Justice (Mr. Michael Wills): I shall clarify a couple of points. Gibraltar is in fact an overseas territory. I am grateful for the support of the Opposition spokespeople and intrigued by the new arguments for ID cards that they have made. We look forward to the continuation of debate.
