The following table illustrates the delivery record for each school against the baseline targets for school openings that were agreed early in the programme. The baseline figures for school openings were agreed once the programme had started.
Baseline targets are different to the contractual dates that are agreed between local authorities and their 5 Mar 2009 : Column 1819W
private sector partner at financial close. On this latter measure, all schools were delivered on time and on budget.
