Harry Cohen: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what funding has been provided to the Metropolitan Police in Leyton and Wanstead constituency in each of the last five years; and what initiatives have been introduced by the police in the constituency in each of those years. Mr. Coaker: The Government allocate funding to police authorities as a whole. The allocation of resources and the management of the police estate in Leyton and Wanstead constituency is a matter for the Metropolitan Police Commissioner and the Metropolitan Police Authority, who are responsible for assessing local needs.
The information requested on what initiatives have been introduced by the police in the constituency is not held centrally.
Mr. Ruffley: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many (a) special constables there were in each year since 1997-98 and (b) community support officers there were in each year since the establishment of the post (i) in England and Wales and (ii) in each police force. [262900]

Mr. Amess: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department on which date each organisation proscribed under the Terrorism Act 2000 was so proscribed; and if she will make a statement. [272165]
Mr. Coaker: A total of 59 groups are proscribed under schedule 2 to the Terrorism Act 2000. This includes 45 international terrorist organisations and 14 groups connected to the affairs of Northern Ireland.
On the Terrorist Act receiving Royal Assent on 20 July 2000, 14 organisations connected to the affairs of Northern Ireland were listed under schedule 2; these organisations were until that point proscribed under previous legislation either with effect in Northern Ireland only, or, in respect of the Irish Republican Army and the Irish National Liberation Army, with effect in the whole of the UK. The organisations are:

Saor Eire
