Mr. Prisk: To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government how many and what proportion of invoices his Department and its agencies paid within 10 days of receipt in each of the last 12 months; and if he will make a statement. [278822]
Sarah McCarthy-Fry: The number and proportion of invoices paid by CLG and its agencies within 10 days in each of the months since these data have been collected against the 10-day target is as follows:

James Brokenshire: To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government how many notifications his Department made to the Information Commissioner in the year ended 30 April 2009 in respect of the loss or mishandling of personal information or data; what was notified in each such case; and how many individuals were the subjects of personal information or data in respect of which such notifications were made. Sarah McCarthy-Fry: No such notifications have been made by the Department for Communities and Local Government in the 12 months to 30 April 2009.
James Brokenshire: To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government how many officials in (a) his Department and (b) its agencies have been (i) disciplined and (ii) dismissed for (A) breaches of data protection requirements and (B) inappropriate use of personal or sensitive data in the last 12 months. [278754]
Sarah McCarthy-Fry: No officials in CLG, or its agencies, have been either disciplined or dismissed for breaches of data protection or inappropriate use of personal or sensitive data in the last 12 months.
Robert Neill: To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government with reference to page 18 of the Government response to the Communities and Local Government Committees Report on the Department for Communities and Local Governments Annual Report 2008, Cm. 7614, if he will place in the Library a copy of the comprehensive ERDF User Manual. [279802]
Ms Rosie Winterton: I will arrange for the ERDF User Manual to be placed in the Library.
Justine Greening: To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government what assessment has been made of the Government Office for Londons performance in meeting its objectives in relation to the London Food Strategy. [278976]
Ms Rosie Winterton: As the London Food Strategy is owned by the Mayor of London, it is for the Mayor to assess progress on the priority objectives.
Justine Greening: To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government how much was paid in bonuses to (a) directors, (b) senior managers, (c) specialist and delivery managers and (d) executive support and administration staff at the Government Office for London in each year from 2001-02 to 2008-09. [278697]
Ms Rosie Winterton: The tables set out the total performance bonuses paid to GOL staff from 2004-05. Information broken down as requested is not available prior to 2004-05 because of a change in the Government office network accounting system.

Robert Neill: To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government what the (a) remit and (b) membership of the Local Government Delivery Council is. [279925]
Ms Rosie Winterton: The Local Government Delivery Council (LGDC) drives forward local service transformation. It is part of local governments commitment to delivering services that meet the needs and expectations of citizens and businesses.
The LGDC provides a forum where national activity around transformation can be brought together, monitored and developed. The council was established in 2007 under the auspices of the Local Government Association (LGA). It held its first meeting in September 2007 and now meets quarterly.
