When will the Government stop giving the CSA more powers for enforcement and actually ensure that it uses the enforcement powers it already has?

An error has been identified in an oral answer given to the hon. Member for Wolverhampton, South-West (Rob Marris) on 19 October 2009. The original answer was as follows:
Helen Goodman: I can inform my hon. Friend that CMEC is using its powers extremely effectively. The maintenance collected has now reached £1.136 billion, which is £157 million above the target.
The correct answer should have been:
Helen Goodman: I can inform my hon. Friend that CMEC is using its powers extremely effectively. The maintenance collected has now reached £1.136 billion, which is £1 million above the target.
