Motion made and Question proposed, That the promoters of the Manchester City Council Bill [Lords] and the Bournemouth Borough Council Bill [Lords] which originated in the House of Lords on 22 January 2007 in Session 2006^07 may have leave to proceed with the Bills in the current Session._(First Deputy Chairman of Ways and Means).

Motion made and Question put forthwith, That John McDonnell be suspended from the service of the House._(Ian Lucas.)

Question agreed to.

Ordered, That John McDonnell be suspended from the service of the House.

The Deputy Speaker then directed John McDonnell to withdraw from the House.

Accordingly the Member withdrew from the House.
