Introduction

On 25 July 2009, the Committee published its Tenth Report of Session 2008-09, Need and impact: planning for town centres [HC 517]. The Government's response was received, in the form of memorandum to the Committee, on 15 October 2009. It is published as an Appendix to this Report.
