Thank you for your e-mail to Mr Willis. You raise
a serious matter and I think the Committee will wish to discuss
it. I should be grateful if you could let me have a comprehensive
note setting out what has happened. It would be useful to have
the note by the close on Monday (23 March), if possible please.
I cannot anticipate the Committee's deliberations but it may publish
your note.
If you want to discuss the matter I shall be
at my desk this afternoon and on Tuesday. (I am out of the office
on Monday.)
