The Environmental Audit Committee published its report on the Pre-Budget Report 2008: Green fiscal policy in a recession on Monday 16 March 2009 as HC 202. The Government's Response to the Committee's Report was received on Thursday 14 May 2009 in the form of a memorandum to the Committee. It is reproduced as an Appendix to this Special Report.
