CCC Committee
on Climate Change, an independent body established by the Climate
Change Act 2008 to advise the Government and report to Parliament
on climate change issues.
CEEF Community
Energy Efficiency Fund, Government funded programme to improve
the effectiveness of Warm Front and the CERT.
CERT Carbon
Emissions Reduction Target, an obligation on energy suppliers
to achieve targets for promoting reductions in carbon emissions
from the household sector - previously known as the EEC.
CESP Community
Energy Saving Programme, funded by energy companies to create
partnerships with local groups for street by street programmes
offering free and discounted central heating, energy efficiency
measures and benefit checks.

Heat and Power.
CSE Centre
for Sustainable Energy.

it needs to spend more than 10% of its income on all household
fuel use in order to maintain a satisfactory heating regime.
