Letter to the Chairman of the Committee

Please find enclosed a Written Ministerial Statement
that I made on 29 October regarding the proposed move of the Foreign
and Commonwealth Office's Legalisation Office.[1]
As this statement sets out, following consultation
with major customers and stakeholders, we will be relocating the
bulk of the Legalisation Office work to Milton Keynes, while retaining
a smaller London office for major business clients. This move
will take place in Spring 2008.
