Letter to the Chairman of the Committee

INFORMATION SHARING
Thank you for your letter of 9 May to the Foreign
Secretary about the Committee's receipt of the record of Public
Diplomacy Board meetings. I am replying as the Chair of the Board.
I confirm that we propose no change to the existing
arrangements and will continue to send the meeting record to the
Committee. Thank you for confirming that the Committee will continue
to treat the records which we share with your Committee in the
future as classified, as well as those which have been sent to
the Committee in the past. The Board met most recently on 15 May
and the record will be sent to the Committee Office.
