Thank you for your letter of 6 June in which
you notified the Committee of the completed sale of Marlay Grange.
The Committee considered this letter at its last meeting.
Members have asked me to write to you seeking
details of the total aggregate loss relating to the sale and subsequent
attempts to reacquire Glencairn and the purchase and subsequent
sale of Marlay Grange. Please include the cost of all fees and
works when calculating this figure.
I would also be most grateful if you could update
the Committee on progress in your attempts to reacquire Glencairn.
