OT 321: Dr Joan Terceira, Bermuda
I read a copy of the email sent to you recently in the Royal Gazette and am writing to back up the issues raised in the letter of 17 February signed 'Concerned'.
For too long many instances have been reported and put to the Government without adequate responses. Some have just been ignored and begs the question 'what happened to the funds not accounted for in a number of large building projects in recent years'.
In the light of what has happened this past week regarding the Auditor General's report and the subsequent request to the Governor by the Premier that the Auditor General should be forced to resign, I urge you to set up a Commission of Enquiry into the situation as it exists here today and spare the people of Bermuda falling into a similar situation to that of the Turks and Caicos Islands.
