I am now able to reply to your letter originally
written on 20th April 2006. I am really sorry for the delay. I
never saw your original letter, and we think it must have got
lost somewhere in the system as I was moving Ministerial positions.
It has also taken a little time to assemble the information you
wanted, but here it is. My office has checked very carefully and
we think it's complete but we cannot absolutely guarantee that
two and a half years after the event. But just to reassure you
neither the Deputy Prime Minister nor any of his Ministers attended.
