Q320 Chairman: Did you ask Mr Smith?
Mr Sanders: Yes, I did ask him.
Q321 Chairman: And what did he say?
Mr Sanders: He said that he had
not had any contact with the newspaper and had not leaked the
document.
Q322 Chairman: I think the question
was not so much had he had direct contact with the newspaper but
it would have been information about how the leak occurred. Was
that the question that was put to him?
Mr Sanders: That was not the question
that was put to him.
Q323 Chairman: Are there any more
questions to Mr Sanders? Is there anything else you want to say
before we begin our deliberations?
Mr Sanders: No, Chairman, I do
not, but I am happy to leave this letter here on the record.
