Thank you for your Additional Costs Allowance claim
dated 4 November 2008.
The Department of Resources are required to seek
receipts for items costing £25.00 or more. Although you have
submitted a statement for payment to Virgin Media totalling £67.00,
it relates to a one off payment and does not support monthly direct
debits.
I should be grateful if you would submit updated
documents, i.e. a direct debit schedule or a bank statement showing
monthly payments.
We have on this occasion processed your claim in
full and we look forward to receiving the relevant documents in
the near future.
