the imposition of charges in respect of the cost of adjudications of appeals relating to vehicle immobilisation and release; and
(2)   
the payment of sums into the Consolidated Fund.
   The Speaker will put the Question necessary to dispose of proceedings not later than 45 minutes after their commencement (Standing Order No. 52(1)(b)).
