Corporation Tax Bill
The Bill is divided into four volumes. Volume I contains Clauses 1 to 357. Volume
II contains Clauses 358 to 751. Volume III contains Clauses 752 to 1185. Volume IV
contains the Schedules to the Bill.

Explanatory notes to the Bill, prepared by Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs, are
published separately in 4 volumes as Bill 1—EN.
EUROPEAN CONVENTION ON HUMAN RIGHTS
Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer has made the following statement under section
19(1)(a) of the Human Rights Act 1998:
In my view the provisions of the Corporation Tax Bill are compatible with the
Convention rights.
